**Course Distribution and Compensation Disclaimer:**

By enrolling in the "The Amiga Way Academy course (hereinafter referred to as the "Course"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Course Content Ownership: The content of the Course, including but not limited to videos, materials, presentations, and any associated intellectual property, is the sole property of Living Macro, Inc. (Company)  and is protected under copyright laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Distribution and Sale of Course: Living Macro, Inc. retains the exclusive right to distribute, sell, or license the Course content. You understand that the Course may be sold or distributed in various formats, including digital, without any compensation to you or other participants.

3. No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any compensation, royalties, or any form of remuneration arising from the distribution, sale, or licensing of the Course, whether now or in the future.

4. No Unauthorized Distribution: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, share, or transmit any Course materials in any form without the prior written consent of Living Macro, Inc.  Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

5. No Modification or Derivative Works: You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Course materials.

6. Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, strategies, techniques, or materials presented in the Course. You will not share or disclose any confidential information to third parties.

7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Living Macro, Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or any unauthorized use of the Course materials.

8. Non-Transferability: Your enrollment in the Course is personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other individual.

9. Termination of Access and/or Termination of Course: Living Macro, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course at its discretion, including in the event of any violation of these terms. This Agreement will end either (1) automatically upon completion of the Course, or (2) immediately if we give you written notice for good cause, which, in additional to a material default by you, includes if you do no complete your assignments or other responsibilities as described above and discussed with you.

10. Recording: You understand and agree that Living Macro, Inc. may choose to record audio, video alternatively, photograph your participation in the educational Training, as well as record or document group conference calls and other forms of communication and share with social media platforms.

11. No Guarantee: You understand that the Course is an educational process. There is no legal advice or any attorney/client relationship formed. Because of the nature of masterminds, courses, webinars, and other educational classes, we try to hold a safe space for conversations and ask members to respect each other’s confidences. Results are not guaranteed and Company does not warrant any particular success from participation in the Amiga Way Academy or any other programs produced by Company.

12.  Bullying: No bullying of any kind is accepted and offender(s) will be terminated immediately from the Amiga Way Academy without refund.  

13.  Payment:  When you sign this Agreement, you agree to pay the Fee and any other charges described in this Agreement. You agree that you will be responsible for the full Fee regardless of whether you attend or complete the Course.

14. Cancellations: Although unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel the Course for any reason, with reasonable notice to you. If we cancel the Course, we will refund you the Fee. You agree that you will only be entitled to refund of the Fee and will not receive any other compensation in relation to the Course. If you cancel your participation in the Course, you agree to notify us as soon as possible. You agree that you will not be entitled to any refund and will not receive any other compensation in relation to the Course if you cancel your participation.

15. Refunds: There are no refunds after the second session of the program. 

By enrolling in the Course, you signify your understanding and acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in the Course. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Living Macro, Inc. regarding the Course materials and your use thereof.
